What happens if something doesn't work right?
There are three options:
- We can consult you over the phone (even after
business hours).
- We can access your system over the internet
if you have a Control4 system and you have paid for
online system access (only around $100 a year and
allows you to control your home over the internet
when you are away).
- We can set up a service call and help you out
in person.
- Extended warranties and service contracts are
available.
